Target Populations

Project Description

The SUD Workforce Development Initiative will recruit, train, and develop SUD counselors within areas of lower economic opportunity that have been disproportionately impacted by the War on Drugs (WOD). The SUD Workforce Development program will SUD counselor certification-related costs (i.e., tuition, books, program fees), program peer learning support, and facilitate internship or employment in the publicly-funded SUD treatment system.
